Jonathan S Gorman, CPA-ABV/CFF, CFE, A/CDFA, GCMA has advised senior executives for many of the most admired companies in the World, including Ford Motor, Honeywell and GE Capital.  As a financial executive, Mr. Gorman has valued and/or transacted acquired $3B in operating businesses and financial portfolios.

As the Managing Partner of Florida Accounting & Litigation Services (www.FLALS.com), Mr. Gorman focuses on providing litigation support services for small business disputes, business valuations and divorce matters.    Jonathan Gorman provides Continuing Professional Education (CPE) training to accounting, insurance agencies and legal firms; expert witness & litigation support to attorneys, and is an in-demand public speaker. Mr. Gorman has been published in a number of professional journals, including Florida CPA Today, as well as mainstream print and on-line publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the San Francisco Chronicle and Forbes.

Mr. Gorman has been a CPA for over two decades, and maintains an active license in Florida and Illinois.  Mr. Gorman is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA.  Mr. Gorman is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is among the first professionals to be both Accredited and Certified in Divorce Financial Analysis by the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts.  Mr. Gorman is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in family law, civil circuit, appellate and county court matters – as well as Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.  

Mr. Gorman was elected to the Board of Governors of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants for a term beginning in 2015 and also serves on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts and
