About The Instructor
A resident of Manatee County for over 50 years, David graduated from the University of South Florida (Go BULLS!). Licensed as a CPA in the State of Florida, David has worked for a large regional firm and has owned and operated his own tax practice in Bradenton for 6 years, specializing in small businesses (especially new startups) and individual taxes.
David is a veteran of the US Army where he served in Europe and Southwest Asia between 1986 & 1992, is a longtime member of the American Legion and is a graduate of Leadership Manatee. He is currently serving as Treasurer on the Executive Board of Directors for Manatee Children's Services (since 2009), and is active on Leadership Manatee Board of Governors.
David holds current memberships, is active and in good standing with, the American Institute of CPA's, the Florida Institute of CPA's (Gulf Coast Chapter), The American Institute of Certified College Financial Consultants, as well as the Manatee Chamber of Commerce.
