Since 1983, Debie has been providing tax, accounting, and business advisory services to a variety of individuals, small businesses, estates, trusts, not-for-profit organizations, political organizations, and charitable foundations. Selected responsibilities include planning, review of tax returns, research on tax engagements, and wealth management planning. She has been involved in the preparation of several applications for exempt status, representation before the Internal Revenue Service, income tax planning strategies, personal financial planning, estate planning, charitable planned giving, and retirement planning. Debie has extensive experience working with 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 501(c)(6) organizations and related combinations of those entities. She frequently speaks on the Form 990, executive compensation, unrelated business activities, and lobbying and political issues at conferences and seminars.

Debie graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University. Additionally, Debie has earned the Certificate of Achievement for Personal Financial Specialist from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
