During Brian's 23 years at Berman Hopkins Wright & LaHam, CPAs, he has advanced and applied his expertise in consulting, training and auditing governments, concentrating largely in Public Housing Authorities. He is a graduate of Florida State University. Brian is a Partner at Berman Hopkins and the technical review partner on the firm's government, yellow book, and single audit clients. His areas of expertise include audits and special services for governments, educational institutions, and housing authorities.
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in several states across the country. On a local level, Brian has been Treasurer of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, and is currently serving as Commissioner of the Brevard County Housing Authority.
