About The Instructor
Henry is a Partner in the Audit & Accounting Services Department and is based in our Boca Raton office. He is responsible for conducting audits and providing advisory services for privately-held, SEC registrants, private equity portfolio companies, non-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans. In addition to performing compliance services, Henry also performs transaction advisory services including due diligence services in connection with merger and acquisition transactions and agreed upon procedures.
Henry has significant experience planning, implementing and reviewing of Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance and the Florida Single Audit Act, as well as expertise in Employee Benefit Plan audits. Henry remains up-to-date on Not-for-Profits, Florida Single Audit Act, Uniform Guidance and Employee Benefit Plans by attending the AICPA Not-for-Profit and Employee Benefit Plan conferences annually.
