Welcome!  We are very excited to be offering the 2023 conference IN-PERSON at the Westin Ft. Lauderdale.  We have an outstanding lineup of nationally recognized thought leaders - some new, some returning - along with the always popular From the Bench discussion - your questions answered by our panel of judges, including federal, who will address topics such as the Daubert standard and how experts sometimes tend to get into trouble. This is an n opportunity for you to interact wih the tiers of fact in person and learn from this experience.

This long-standing, elite conference keeps you connected with your peers, providing novice and seasoned CPAs, attorneys and other accounting professionals alike with the information and tools needed to keep on top of the profession. Explore issues in litigation from divorce, family law and working capital/cash flow considerations to BV concerns related to levels of value, personal enterprise/good will and valuation.

Demonstrating financial insolvency is typically required to pursue preference claims and fraudulent conveyances in a bankruptcy matter, which often includes a) the balance sheet test, b) the cash flow test, and 3) the capital adequacy test.
