In this session, attendees will discuss growing your presentation skills including how to create compelling PowerPoint presentations as well as presenting in person and virtually.

Our Bridge the Gap: Essential Skills to Build a Successful Career is being hosted alongside the 2022 MEGA Conference at the Walt Disney Contemporary Conference Center, June 10 and 11. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other CPAs, and meet with FICPA leadership, and talk with vendors at our exhibit hall to learn the most up to date products and services for the CPA community.
The future leaders training will focus on communication in the workplace and learning about the different styles of communication along with how to navigate difficult conversations both verbally and written. The conference will also host a session on time management which is critical for having work balance of your time and delegating effectively. Not to be missed is our session on first class customer service and how to speak to others with an effective tone and being a good listener and being comfortable with being uncomfortable with your interactions with clients and community and growing your presentation skills.
In addition, attendees on Friday will get to hear from Keynote speaker, AICPA President & CEO, Barry Melancon discuss the Future of the Profession and Lucas Boyce author of “Living Proof: From Foster Care to the White and the NBA”. These speakers will inspire, empower and leave you with learning to overcome obstacles and build leadership and teamwork.
