Brad Gould

Brad Gould has more than 17 years of experience counseling and representing closely-held businesses, business owners and their families, individuals, trustees and personal representatives in the full range of business, tax and estate planning needs. Brad guides business owners through all stages of the life cycles of their businesses, from formation and governance to mergers and sales and succession planning, to day-to-day business and tax needs. He also counsels business owners on their relationships with their entities and other owners, and he represents both businesses and individuals before the IRS in tax matters.

Additionally, Brad provides comprehensive estate planning services, including preparation and administration of wills, trusts and prenuptial agreements. He also handles probate and trust administration, as well as litigation involving estates and trusts.

 

Daryl J. Krauza

Daryl Krauza is a shareholder in Dean Mead’s litigation department. He focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, construction law and litigation, real estate litigation, quiet title actions, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights within the Fort Pierce, Palm Beach, Vero and Port St. Lucie area. In his practice, Mr. Krauza represents several financial institutions and title companies. In addition, he has litigated complex probate and trust matters, and represents trustees, personal representatives and family members in controversies regarding wills, trusts and estates. As a former Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Krauza has extensive courtroom experience and has tried in excess of 100 jury trials.

Brad is board certified in tax law by The Florida Bar. He serves as a vice-chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section’s S Corporations Committee and is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.
