Brad Gould

Brad Gould has more than 17 years of experience counseling and representing closely-held businesses, business owners and their families, individuals, trustees and personal representatives in the full range of business, tax and estate planning needs. Brad guides business owners through all stages of the life cycles of their businesses, from formation and governance to mergers and sales and succession planning, to day-to-day business and tax needs. He also counsels business owners on their relationships with their entities and other owners, and he represents both businesses and individuals before the IRS in tax matters.

Additionally, Brad provides comprehensive estate planning services, including preparation and administration of wills, trusts and prenuptial agreements. He also handles probate and trust administration, as well as litigation involving estates and trusts.

Brad is board certified in tax law by The Florida Bar. He serves as a vice-chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section’s S Corporations Committee and is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.

Dana M. Apfelbaum

Ms. Apfelbaum practices in the areas of federal income, estate, and gift tax law and family business succession planning. She counsels individuals in estate planning, with an emphasis on implementing the client’s objectives, asset protection and minimizing wealth transfer taxes. Ms. Apfelbaum also represents fiduciaries through all stages of probate, estate and trust administration. In addition, she represents businesses and business owners in all types of business and tax matters, including choice of entity, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, other general business matters, and succession planning. Ms. Apfelbaum is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates.
