Randy Bryan Randy is an advocate and advisor whose practice is devoted to elder law and estate planning. He represents individuals and their families in connection with the creation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, Medicaid & VA benefit planning for long-term care services, special needs trusts for individuals with disabilities, estate tax/wealth transfer planning for individuals with taxable estates, as well as working with families to assist with probate or trust administration services. 

As the past President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and Co-Chair of the Florida Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled, Randy works to protect the rights of the state's most vulnerable citizens. Randy is one of only nine attorneys in the State of Florida who has earned the dual designation of Florida Bar Board Certification as an expert in Elder Law as well as in Wills, Trusts and Estates. He was a co-author for the book titled “Planning for the Elderly in Florida”

  • Explore Medical benefits, service-connected disability compensation and non-service-connected pension benefits.
  • Emphasize non-service-connected pension program, which is the primary VA program that provides financial assistance for long-term care related expenses (in-home, assisted living and,  nursing home.)
