In an effort to offer Chapter Officers an opportunity to attend other events at Mega, the following discount packages are being offered and may be purchased only by members attending COLC. The packages below may not be reimbursed or paid for by the Chapter.

  • $175 for social events (Wednesday Thursday receptions and Friday Magical Evening)
  • $295 for social events (Wednesday Thursday receptions and Friday Magical Evening) AND any CPE for Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Thursday you will be expected to attend COLC.

Free on demand is not included with the package pricing.

Excursions, Women’s Leadership Summit and Accel events are not included in the package pricing but may be purchased for an additional fee – see registration.

The fee for a Chapter Officers attending COLC is either $295 or $175 depending on your selection.

If attending the social events and CPE, the fee will be $295. The social events include receptions Wednesday and Thursday evenings and the FICPA Magical Evening Friday night. Plus this fee allows you to attend any CPE Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (except as noted above).

If only attending social events, the fee will be $175 which includes the receptions on Wednesday and Thursday night and the FICPA Magical Evening at Epcot on Friday night.

These fees represent a significant discount from the regular member fee and we hope that you will take advantage of this rate and attend CPE and spend time with the exhibitors and sponsors.
