We would ask the CPA to consider being treasurer and financial consultant.
During the first year the board will meet once per month in person or via web/teleconferencing, however, we expect to reduce meetings to quarterly for subsequent years.
We are a newly formed foundation still seeking board members. We will be purchasing Board Liability Insurance once we reach full board status.
