We would appreciate a CPA being willing to share his/her expertise by serving on the finance or audit committee. The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing the organization's overall fiscal and programmatic compliance both internally and externally for all funding sources. It is also responisble for internal control policies, and hiring of an outside auditor.
The Finance Committee studies the financial structure of the Corporation, oversees expenditures, and reviews budget.
CPA's are also welcome to serve on any other committee and/or serve in an officer capacity.
