Each Trustee-
•Makes a three-year commitment to the SERVE Board
•Attends monthly board meetings August through June
•Helps develop community-financing sources
•Facilitates community contacts
•Recruits volunteers for board participation and SERVE Volunteer Programs
•Becomes aware of the diverse needs and issues affecting the Hillsborough County Public Schools
•Participates in annual fund raising
•Actively participates on at least one committees
•On an annual basis each member of the Board will sign a Board Member Agreement committing her / his time, talent, and treasures to SERVE.
•He/she will give a meaningful financial contribution. He/she may give this as a onetime donation each year, or may pledge to give a certain amount several times during the year. Additionally, he/she will leverage other resources to assist in meeting SERVE’s financial needs
