Licensed both as a CPA and as a Private Investigator, Bruce assists our clients with his expertise in white collar crime investigations, forensic accounting and litigation. He has conducted numerous fraud, forensic accounting and corporate internal investigations on a variety of issues, including financial statement fraud, earnings manipulation, money laundering, kickback and conflict of interest schemes, embezzlement, contractor fraud, procurement fraud, payroll fraud and executive misconduct. Bruce has served as an expert witness in federal civil and criminal proceedings and in addition, has served as an adjunct professor of fraud and forensic investigations at the graduate school level at the University of Miami.

Based in our Fort Lauderdale office, Bruce has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, private industry and consulting. Bruce has extensive audit and advisory experience with SEC registrants, including initial public offerings of equity securities, and has provided guidance on complex technical accounting issues.
