Edwin M. Boyer, Esq.
Ed Boyer is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney with Boyer & Jackson. He has practiced law in Sarasota since 1978. He received his Law degree from Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelors, Masters and Educational Specialist Degree from the University of South Florida.
Mr. Boyer is recent Past President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Past President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorney’s.
Mr. Boyer practices exclusively in the area of Elder Law. He is a co-author of the book, Planning for the Elderly in Florida, and speaks frequently on Elder Law issues. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law since 2004.
