Doug Hutchison

Mr. Hutchison has 35 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry in South Florida serving primarily in the financial, information technologies, risk management, and strategic planning functions. A financial executive for the last 20 years, he has worked in all tiers of the construction industry - for a developer, general contractor, material supplier, and several specialty contractors.

For the last eighteen years, Mr. Hutchison has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Meisner Electric, Inc. in Delray Beach, Florida. Meisner Electric serves customers throughout the Southeastern United States and in Colorado with a workforce of over 350 employees. Notable projects include the Space Station Processing Facility for NASA at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, the Florida Turnpike’s Plazas and Conveniences Stores located throughout the State of Florida, the Met Office Towers, Miami Marlins Ballpark and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital all in Miami. He oversees accounting and finance, contracts, credit and administration, purchasing, human resources, information services, risk management, and legal matters at Meisner. Mr. Hutchison graduated with honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He also has completed graduate studies at Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business.

Mr. Hutchison has served on the board of directors for the Construction Financial Management Association regularly since 2003. He has been a CFMA member since 1991 and has served as President of the South Florida Chapter for three separate terms. He has also served on the boards of directors for the Institute of Management Accountants-Palm Beach Chapter and Junior Achievement of South Florida.
