Raymond Monteleone, CPA

Ray Monteleone is president of Paladin Global Partners, a business management consulting firm, and partner with Dannelly, Monteleone & Associates, a full-service CPA firm. Ray focuses his consulting services in the areas of strategic management, problem solving, mergers & acquisitions, compensation consulting, growing companies, and senior executive mentoring for a broad range of national and international clients. Some of the industries he has served include healthcare, high tech, manufacturing, education, financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations. He has held numerous directorships such as Interactive Speech Solutions, Rexall Sundown, First American Railways, Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway, Rush Holdings, and Pointe Financial Corporation, and he currently chairs the Advisory Board of Algy Costumes and serves as Corporate Secretary for Laser Spine Institute. A certified public accountant, Ray was a partner at Arthur Young & Company serving as Director of Taxes for the South Florida practice. He was a consultant with Holland & Knight involved in strategic planning & practice development; and, a South Florida tax & business consulting partner. Ray was Vice President of Global Corporate Development, Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Administration for Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, and for a short time during their transition phase, Chief Financial Officer. In addition, he was President of First American Railways, Inc., Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer for Loren Industries, Inc. and, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Education Financial Officer for the Florida Department of Education. Monteleone serves and has held leadership positions in multiple professional and civic organizations including Leadership Broward Foundation (Past President), Broward Education Foundation (immediate Past Chair), Leadership Florida (Advisory Board), Member of Senior Executive Orientation Committee (Class ’02), Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Broward Seaside Burrow (Past Chairman), FAU National Alumni Association, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants member and Chairs the Industry Section Committee, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and South Broward Hospital District (Board of Commissioners). Ray was honored as a Leader of the Year by Leadership Broward, named Outstanding Broward Alumnus by Florida Atlantic University, and has been inducted into the Parliament of the Owls (2010). Monteleone graduated cum laude from New York Institute of Technology, attended graduate courses at North Carolina State and attended the Arthur Young Harvard Business School program. He received his MBA from Florida Atlantic University and has lectured at many universities and business & professional association seminars.
