Carmen Rosamonda is the Regional Manager of the Central Florida Region within the General Tax Administration Program of the Florida Department of Revenue. He graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 1980. After short career as a professional golfer, Carmen joined the Florida Department of Revenue in 1983 as an Area Administrator in Orlando within the Collection Process. He was appointed to District Administrator in 1987 being responsible for the Collection Process within Central Florida. In 1995, he was appointed as a Regional Manager of the Central Region to administer 36 state and local taxes in all GTA processes, which includes but not limited to collections, auditing, registrations, tax processing and compliance campaigns. In 1986, Carmen was designated as a Certified Public Manager. In 1996, he was also designated as a Sterling Examiner by the Florida Sterling Council.
