Morris Hollander, a Senior Advisor in Marcum LLP’s Assurance and Advisory Divisions, has more than 50 years of professional experience. Specializing in SEC services, he represents publicly held and private companies in a wide range of industries. He is one of the Firm’s technical resource partners on professional practice matters, and is involved in peer review services performed by the Firm. In addition, Mr. Hollander provides litigation support services where he has served as an expert witness before state and federal courts on accounting and auditing matters, including the application of professional standards. His credentials include CPA and CFF, the AICPA’s Certified in Financial Forensics. He was awarded the Cal Kovens Distinguished Community Service Award and recognized as the 2010 Honorary Alumnus of the Year by the School of Accounting at Florida International University. He regularly conducts continuing education courses for Marcum, the FICPA and the AICPA and has held numerous leadership positions in each

Anthony Banks has more than 15 years of professional experience, including business valuation, trial support, investment research and financial analysis. As the senior manager in the Business Valuation service area of Marcum LLP, his responsibilities include business valuations for estate and/or gift tax purposes and litigation. In addition, he also deals with lost profit calculations and due diligence investigations. Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Banks managed the litigation support and business valuation department of a full-service accounting Firm. He also wrote a daily analysis of fixed income and equity markets for fund managers as a security analyst for several brokerage firms. His experience also includes valuing derivative securities and assisting firms buying or selling businesses. He has been included in “Top CPAs & Financial Professionals in Litigation Support” for 2010-2012, published by South Florida Legal Guide.
