Michael Strohmenger, JD, LLM, CPA is an International Tax Manager in Gerson, Preston's tax department. He provides a wide range of tax services to clients including international investors, domestic and foreign partnerships, real estate developers and investors, family businesses, and high net worth family groups.

Mr. Strohmenger has consulted on various international issues including, structuring of inbound and outbound investments, treaty exemptions, FIRPTA, withholding taxes, and late FBAR filings.
