A 1980 graduate of Troy University in Alabama, Gary Parsons has been helping clients pursue their lifelong financial objectives since 1983. He became a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed in 2014 after spending the previous 16 years with Pro-Equities. He also teaches at Florida State University in the Certified Financial Planner Program, and writes articles for the Tallahassee Democrat on financial planning. Gary holds the Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ certification. In his thirty years of experience, he has worked with hundreds of families.

The following meeting will be on February 13th and will feature Mark Sellner, who will provide our chapter with a federal tax update.

Mark Sellner consults with other CPAs and their clients on business and executive tax matters, including partnership taxation and the tax consequences of buying and selling a business. He is an active member of the Florida Institute of CPAs and the Minnesota Society of CPAs. Mark teaches for the AICPA and leading CPA firms nationwide.
