As professionals, CPAs often face complex and challenging ethical situations.  This course provides a framework to assist CPAs address their ethical and regulatory obligations and comply with professional requirements.  Through an interactive discussion with a panel of experts we will discuss recent trends in business and professional ethics along with the application of specific rules and requirements applicable to CPAs.  Our focus will be on the obligations imposed on CPAs by the Florida Statutes, the Rules of the Florida Board of Accountancy, and the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.  The course fulfills the biennial ethics requirement for Florida CPAs and is primarily designed for professionals working in business and industry.
