CPA Volunteers Needed

Florida’s Financial Fitness Friday, Nov. 14

Volunteers from across the state are needed to respond to phone calls and questions posted online from consumers throughout Florida during Financial Fitness Friday on Nov. 14. Now more than ever, Floridians need the expertise of CPAs. Volunteers will receive information and training (voluntary), and have the option of working at the FICPA office or from your own office in two-hour shifts.

Featured Member: Glenn H. Gopman

The November’s featured Section member is Glenn H. Gopman of Levi & Gopman, PA in Aventura, Florida. Glenn has over 30 years of public accounting experience having practiced in small, mid-size and large accounting firm environments. Glenn’s practice focus is on tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses both foreign and domestic, including trusts and estates.

Glenn has been a member of the FICPA since 1981 and a dedicated member of the MAP Section since 2003. Glenn is also a member of the FY 2008-09 MAP Section Steering Committee and was the Chair of the MAP Section in FY 2004-05.
