Accounts Payable Specialist:
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. Position duties include processing and coding accounts payable vouchers, for multiple entities, data entry, responding to staff inquiries concerning invoice processing and status, assisting with reconciliation of general ledger accounts, maintaining accounts payable files, budget maintenance, and preparing/processing accounts payable year-end information.
Candidates must possess strong data entry skills, exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work with ease independently and in a team environment. Position requires an associates degree and three years experience working in accrual accounting/bookkeeping (including GL, AP, AR and financial statements). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook required.


Part-time/Temporary Peer Review Assistant:
We are currently recruiting for qualified applicants for the part-time/temporary position of Peer Review Assistant. Duties will include data entry, scanning and working with electronic files, and assistance with file and document organization for technical review. Position requires exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate that he/she is a quick learner with the ability to easily follow directions and work independently. Must be able to work with ease in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as possess the ability to easily learn new skills. This is a part-time temporary position, requiring approximately 15 hours per week, and is expected to conclude in February 2009.
