TAMPA – Auditwerx, a CPA firm specializing in performing auditor assurance engagements to meet regulatory or customer compliance needs for service companies, has been acquired by Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI), the 23rd largest accounting firm in the nation. Auditwerx will maintain its Tampa location and operate under the name of Auditwerx, a Division of CRI.

With a client base of primarily service organization control (SOC) reporting, Auditwerx serves clients in more than 30 states, as well as several foreign countries.
