Member Services Representative
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Member Services Representative. Incumbent will be responsible for daily interaction with FICPA members, prospective members, FICPA staff and continuing professional education registrants. Position requires the ability to professionally represent the FICPA by efficiently providing information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products, benefits, and services.
Successful candidates will have the demonstrated ability to:
Teamwork, customer service skills and attention to detail are required in this position. Position requires High school diploma or an equivalent certificate with a minimum three years related experience. Candidates must be proficient in general computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook). Prior membership/association experience is a plus. Preference may be given to bilingual English/Spanish speaking candidates.

Student Initiatives Manager
Incumbent will be charged with developing and implementing accounting career programs and outreach activities for college students and educators; developing and implementing programs designed to increase FICPA engagement, interest and participation; and providing oversight of existing diversity programs at the college level. This position requires frequent travel (50 – 60%).
Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, and have the ability to identify appropriate methods of communicating information to targeted audience. Position requires outstanding communication, and time-management skills; keen attention to detail; and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates should be comfortable working with social media platforms, public speaking, and developing new contacts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications commonly used in business environments required.
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field and two years of professional experience in program and/or volunteer development, marketing/public relations, or related field.
Member Connections Coordinator
Coordinator will be responsible for providing critical clerical support to the Member Connections Manager in the administration of chapter relations, and associated events. Serves as primary back-up for front desk receptionist (daily lunches, vacations, etc.).
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Position requires outstanding communication, phone presence, and time-management skills; keen attention to detail; and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to easily adapt to changing priorities, and assignments.
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of administrative support experience. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
