David Mosley

David L. Mosley, CPA 
Fayetteville, Arkansas

David Mosley has over 31 years of auditing experience, having retired from public practice in December 2010 from the firm of JPMS Cox, PLLC, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

David began his auditing career in 1980 with Arthur Andersen & Company in Dallas, Texas.  Subsequently he joined Lloyd and Company, Ltd. In Little Rock and remained there through the firm’s merger with Deloitte and Touche in 1985.

David was a founding partner in the firm of JPMS Cox, PLLC (formerly known as Jeffrey, Phillips, Mosley and Scott, PA) in 1987 serving as partner in charge of audit and accounting services through his retirement date.

Throughout his career, David’s client responsibilities have included financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, governmental organizations including HUD partnerships, contractors and real estate managers and developers.  David currently serves as president of Mosley Consulting, LLC in Fayetteville, Arkansas where he provides business and accounting instruction and consults with boards in the areas of board structure and governance.

David has served on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organizations, currently including Friends of Hobbs State Park, and the Sam M. Walton College of Business Accounting Advisory Board in emeritus capacity.  He also serves as chairman of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas Audit Committee.  David was a founder and serves on the board of Edafio Technology Partners, a technology consulting firm with offices in Little Rock and NWA Arkansas.
