William L. Maloney, CPA

Bill Maloney is a consultant specializing in distressed company restructuring and bankruptcy.

During the past 10 years he has served as CEO, CFO, CRO, and Director of several distressed companies including real estate developers, construction, food and tobacco distribution, equipment distribution, trucking, restaurants, auto dealers, manufacturing and not for profit entities. He has taken several companies through bankruptcy.

He is a court approved Chapter 11 & 7 Trustee in the Middle District. Previously Maloney served in senior financial and operating positions of portfolio companies of high profile private equity firms and prior to that, senior financial positions at Chiquita Brands and Gulf and Western Industries.

Maloney was previously a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a past member of the Board of Governors of the FICPA. He is a licensed CPA in Florida and New York.
