Sue A. Bunevich, CPA, CFE
Sue Bunevich is a health care partner with CliftonLarsonAllen specializing in prospective financial reporting and operational consulting for senior housing providers and other healthcare providers.
Experience Serving Clients
Sue has over 23 years of public accounting experience and specializes in developing business strategies for corporate expansion and providing high level financial analyses. Sue has extensive experience working as a strategic advisor to both healthcare and corporate clients during transactions involving the development of new entities, expansions and refinancing of existing entities, and operational and project budgeting and analysis.
She guides clients through all of the financial aspects involved in the research, development and construction of new or expansion facilities by first developing strategic plans, annual budgets, and multi-year financial projections. Sue prepares short and long-term feasibility projections for development or expansion, prior to their submission to credit committees. Additionally, Sue assists clients to estimate the cost of sales and establish sale prices for new housing units by performing analyses of construction and development costs.
Sue has held speaking engagements with multiple health care associations including presentations to Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) and Florida Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (FAHSA) on Benchmarking for Senior Housing and Assisted Living Facilities. Sue has also spoken on Identity Theft to FAHSA and on Budgeting to Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA) and to FAHSA.
Sue received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, West Virginia State College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and West Virginia. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. Sue is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners, Florida Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, Governor’s Continuing Care Advisory Committee (Former Member).
