Description:

This course educates attendees all about QuickBooks latest features and most powerful capabilities. Your instructor will start by demonstrating QuickBooks' newest 2014 functionality, including: QuickBooks new Income Tracker Dashboard, Client Collaborator, Customizable Account Balances View, the ability to copy and paste detail lines in transaction forms, a new tab for Sent Email, Web Mail Improvements, the ability to assign sales reps to jobs, Fit Reports to "X" Pages High, Batch Enter Transaction improvements, maximum quantity on hand, Build nested assemblies, Assembly Cost and Price Rollups, Markup and Margin Pricing add-on, and Quantity Break Pricing.



Objectives:

Participants will be able to increase the CPAs knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks by focusing on the very best features and functions CPAs should be aware of, but are not.

QuickBooks is by far the world's most popular accounting package used by an estimated 5.5 million businesses and your knowledge of QuickBooks enhances your value to your firm and your clients.



Who Should Attend:
Your instructor will demonstrate some of QuickBooks most powerful capabilities that CPAs will find most useful (but often many CPAs do not know about), including: Importing Credit Card Transactions, Memorizing Transactions, Loan Manager, Tips for Voiding Checks, Preventing Prior Period Changes, QuickBooks' Product Information screen, Editing QuickBooks data in Excel, Custom Data Fields, Templates, Snapshot, Department Accounting, Fixed Assets, Remote Access, Keyboard Shortcuts, Networking Limitations, the QuickBooks Audit Trail, and the QuickBooks Marketplace.

Basic familiarity with QuickBooks
