This course provides a comprehensive look at the subtleties of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and practical advice for avoiding FLSA violations.  It also includes regulatory information with real-life examples on other hot human resource compensation issues to guide your wage and hour decision making.

  • Identify the key requirements of the FLSA
  • List examples of human resource functions that are not required under FLSA
  • Name the major employee classification exemptions to the FLSA
