Amy Dalen received her B.A. in Legal Studies, with a secondary major in Sociology: Criminal Justice, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She went on to obtain her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, where she focused on estate and gift taxation, individual taxation, and estate planning. After graduating law school, Amy accepted a position in the tax department of a large accounting firm in Portland, Maine where she was able to further develop her taxation skills. After moving to Naples, Florida at the end of 2011, Amy began working in the tax department of Hill, Barth & King LLC where she continues to focus on estate, gift, trust and individual taxation. Amy is a member of the Maine, Massachusetts and Florida State Bars, the Estate Planning Council of Naples, and the Collier County Women's Bar Association.

Mark is a Principal in the Naples, Florida office of Hill, Barth & King LLC and has been with the firm since 1999. Mark is a member of the firm’s Tax Department and has extensive experience in business taxation, with a special emphasis on flow-through entities, including SCorporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
