Todd Maugans is a Vice President and Sprecialty Finance Officer at J. P. Morgan Chase Bank. He supports the Business Banking Relationship Managers in West Florida, helping their clients secure financing utilizing Chase Bank's full line of SBA and equipment finance programs. Todd has also worked as an SBA underwriting officer.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, Todd worked for a variety of commercial bank, non-bank and community bank SBA lending organizations in Ohio for approximately 17 years.
Todd holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University (Ohio), an M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace University (Ohio) and a J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Scott Radway serves as a Vice President and Business Development Officer at Florida First Capital -- a statewide, non-profit Certified Development Company regulated by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Scott works with third party lending partners to provide small business owners in the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida Areas with the SBA 504 Loan Program, which offers long-term, fixed interest rate financing for the purchase of owner-occupied commercial real estate and/or fixed long-life machinery and equipment.
Scott has more than 20 years of commercial and SBA financing experience. Prior to joining Florida First Capital, he served as Business Banking Sales Manager for Wells Fargo in Hillsborough County. He also was the Business Banking Sales Manager for Regions Bank from 1998 to 2011 and was responsible for Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Scott received a B.S. Degree in Finance from Florida State University. In 2010, he was named by the SBA as the South Florida Services Champion of the Year. Carmie has been a NAGGL instructor since 2010 and teaches underwriting classes for this organization throughout the US.
