The Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants is hosting its annual FICPA Student Field Day on Friday, October 25, 2013.
The annual FICPA Student Field Day is a unique and fun opportunity for accounting students to become acquainted with the "real world" and network with Orlando's accounting firms. The day allows students to visit the offices of two different firms and experience what a career in public accounting has to offer.

Student Membership is free to those who qualify.
Transportation to and from firms will be provided. Students are asked to meet at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Orlando - Downtown (304 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32801). Appropriate formal business attire is required.
Schedule for the day:
8:15-9:15 Buffet breaktfast, name tag distribution and student/firm assignments at the Crowne Plaza Hotel
9:15-12:00 Morning presentations at firm offices and transport to/from the Crowne Plaza Hotel
12:00-1:30 FICPA luncheon meeting with guest speaker at the Crowne Plaza Hotel
1:30-4:15 Afternoon presentations at firm offices and transport to/from the Crowne Plaza Hotel
Students may choose to participate in the morning, afternoon, or both sessions.
