Tim O'Toole is a Shareholder and a Member of Vestal & Wiler's Executive Committee and is in charge of the firm's Accounting and Auditing Services Department. Tim is also responsible for the firm's fraud investigation practice and leads the firm's efforts in due diligence and business acquisition engagements. He has led numerous fraud-related engagements and has served as an expert witness in many out-of-court settlements. Tim is a regular speaker to groups on fraud prevention and detection, auditing and finance.
Tim graduated from the University of Dayton in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and minor in Management. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Succession Planner. Tim is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
