Committee/Section Leadership Eligibility Requirements

Committee Service

New and returning committee members must apply for the upcoming year. According to FICPA Bylaws, committee members must be:

  • Regular Members
  • Non-Resident Members
  • Accounting Educator Members
  • Associate Members
Section Leadership

New and returning Section leaders must apply for the upcoming year.

Any member is eligible for Section Leadership. Section Steering Committee members shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the FICPA Chair. Non-Resident, Retired, Associate, Student, Exam-Qualified, Affiliate and Lifetime members of the corporation shall not serve as Chair or Vice Chair of a Section.
