The Firm Administrator

Knowing your role as Firm Administrator is demanding, time sensitive and vital to your firm's success, the FICPA has created this Firm Portal to make your job managing membership and CPE as easy as possible. This online tool, accessible to FICPA Firm Administrator members only, allows you to manage CPE, membership, and other FICPA online resources for multiple staff members in your firm or business.

The FICPA Firm Portal allows you to:

  • Update firm's roster (in your office or multiple offices)
  • Register staff for CPE
  • Pay member's dues
  • Edit member profiles
  • Add new members
  • Create CPE reports for staff
  • Update firm's contact information
  • Promote your firm on the ‘Find a CPA' public search

Firm Billing
If your firm pays for all your staff's FICPA membership dues, please make sure you are signed up for Firm Billing. One invoice is generated for all members on your staff; making it easy to manage.

The Association for Accounting Administration holds several meetings for Firm Administrators throughout the year and welcome new members.
