Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour - SOLD OUT This approximately 4.5-hour walking tour explores the stories behind the remarkable creation and growth of Magic Kingdom theme park. Hear the intriguing story of Walt Disney and learn how his innovative ideas, revolutionary visions, creative philosophies and amazing accomplishments brought the Theme Park to life. The journey includes stops at backstage facilities and a variety of favorite attractions. Please keep in mind that Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is an outdoor walking tour, so be sure to check the weather report and dress appropriately. Meet Your Mentoring Match Mentees Some mentors may be unable to attend – we will share their biographies during the round robin session. If you choose a mentor that is not present at the event, we will relay your contact information. If you choose a mentor that another attendee has chosen, the mentor will select whom to sponsor. Mentors If you want to be a mentor, submit a one-paragraph professional biography to Debra Kelly, FICPA Members Connection Manager, by email at KellyD@ficpa.org. Mentors are encouraged to be present at the Meet Your Match Mentoring event, but it is not required. If you are unable to attend, we will share your submitted biography during the round robin session. We may also relay it after the event to an interested mentee. Kid's Nite Out Canceled For your convenience we’ve arranged for child care services to be available for an additional fee. The Kid’s Night Out program will be available on Thursday, June 13 beginning at 4:30 in the afternoon. Children must be picked up no later than 8:30 pm. Kid’s Nite Out, the preferred child care provider of Walt Disney Resort offers qualified activity counselors who come prepared with arts and crafts, table games, video games, movies, and much more! Kids meal is included. Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up children in a timely manner. Kid's Nite Out offers an in-room childcare service that customizes the experience based on the age of the child. Certified and insured staff members bring along a bag of age-appropriate books, games, and other toys, to ensure the sitting time is memorable for the child. Standard in-room childcare reservations can be made through Kid’s Nite Out by calling (407) 828-0920 Ext., 0. There is a four-hour childcare minimum, and reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Fantasy of Flight Canceled This Attraction includes up-close access to over 40 rare and vintage aircraft from the world's largest private collection. Guests can explore two huge display hangars; experience themed immersion environments and interactive exhibits; or climb in the cockpit of a flight simulator. Kids of all ages are engaged and challenged in our Fun with Flight center which includes Hot Air Balloon and Hang Glider simulators. Expert guides take guests behind the scenes to real restoration and maintenance areas including the wood, sheet metal, engine and machine shops. This is the only place in the world where guests can witness rare and vintage aircraft in flight (weather permitting)!
Wing WalkAir offers an exhilarating challenge for adults and children alike. While safely harnessed to an overhead line, ropes course participants are engaged both physically and mentally as they maneuver through 33 separate challenges climbing to heights of over four stories in the air. Guests who opt in for the zip line will experience a total of 600 heart-pounding feet of “flight” that’s over 40 feet in the air at the edge of our airport runway.
