Accommodations As a result of an overwhelming response to the FICPA Mega Conference, all the sleeping rooms are sold out at the Contemporary Resort and our overflow hotel, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. There are still rooms available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, however it is a very limited number. Please note – the hotels may still have rooms available, but not at the FICPA’s $179 group rate. A shuttle between the Contemporary Hotel, the Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom will be provided. Reservations should be made promptly. Reservations made after the cutoff date will be subject to availability and current room rate. Reservations made after the cutoff date will be subject to availability and current room rate. Attendees may reserve a room up to three days before or three days after the Mega Conference at the group rate (subject to availability). Extended reservations must be made via phone at (407) 939-4686. Suites available at 20% off the current published suite rate, based on availability. Other AccommodationsThere are other hotels in the area but are not contracted with the FICPA. These are “value” properties and typically have lower rates than the other previously listed properties. Please feel free to consider one of these properties for your stay. If you reserve a room at one of these properties, we ask that you please call the main Disney Reservationist at (407) 939-4686 so the FICPA has a record of how many additional rooms will be needed for next year. Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort: Disney’s Pop Century Resort: Disney’s All Star Sports Resort: The FICPA will not be providing shuttle service from these additional hotels, and guests will be encouraged to drive their cars/rental cars or use a cab.
