Member Connections Coordinator/HR Assistant:
Coordinator will be responsible for providing critical clerical support to the Member Connections Manager in the administration of chapter relations, and associated events (65%). Provides clerical support to the Director of Human Resources (25%). Serves as primary back-up for front desk receptionist (10% - daily lunches, vacations, etc.).
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Successful candidates will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment within a fast-paced deadline driven organization. Position requires outstanding communication, phone presence, and time-management skills; keen attention to detail; and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to easily adapt to changing priorities, and assignments.
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of administrative support experience. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
