Become a member of the FICPA Educational Foundation

Thank you for your interest in becoming an official member of the FICPA Educational Foundation. Please be assured that your membership, at any level, will help the Foundation ensure the integrity and success of accounting professionals throughout Florida. If you would like more information about becoming an official FICPA Educational Foundation member, please choose one of the following membership categories and fill out your contact information below or fill out a signed pledge brochure to become an official member. We will send you more information and follow up to customize your personal membership.

	Life Membership – individuals pledge to donate $500, payable over a five-year period. Upon becoming a pledged Life Member, you will receive an engraved plaque in appreciation for your contribution.
	Fellow Membership – individuals pledge to donate $1,000, payable over a five-year period. Upon becoming a pledged Fellow Member, you will receive an engraved plaque in appreciation for your contribution. (Credit can be given to Life Members who wish to increase their membership to this level.)
	Diamond Life Membership – individuals pledge to donate $2,500, payable over a five-year period. Upon becoming a pledged Diamond Life Member, you will receive a 14 kt. gold lapel pin accented with a diamond in recognition for your contribution. (Credit can be given to Fellow and Life Members who wish to increase their membership to this level.)
	Platinum Endowment Membership – individuals pledge to donate $5,000, payable over a five-year period. Upon becoming a pledged Platinum Endowment Member, you will receive a 14 kt. white gold lapel pin jacket that holds the “Diamond Life” 14 Kt. gold lapel pin given to Diamond Life members. The last $2,500 of the Platinum Endowment pledge will go into the George E. Shierling Platinum Endowment Fund. In addition, names of Platinum Endowment Members will appear on a plaque on the “Wall of Honor” located at FICPA headquarters in Tallahassee. (Credit can be given to Diamond Life, Fellow and Life Members who wish to increase their membership to this level.)

	Membership categories can be paid as a one-time contribution or over a five year period.
